The association's yearly meeting — accounts, resolutions, and the election of office bearers.
The AGBM is where the association governs itself. The Secretary presents the year's report, the Treasurer presents the audited accounts, a Statutory Auditor is appointed, resolutions are debated, and the incoming Office Bearers are elected. The constitution requires no less than 21 days' notice, and 70 members present for the meeting to take decisions. Elections are held in the last week of March, with charge handed over in the first week of April.
