Puan, instruments & equipment to hire
Bungraw chungchang
The association keeps a store of traditional dress and instruments and lends it to members — 17 items, from ₹50 to ₹600. It means a family can dress properly for a Kut without owning a full set.
Three days

The hire period runs three days from the day the item is taken.
₹100 a day late

Where these items are not returned within three days, a further ₹100 is payable for each day (this is not counted per item, but is the charge for each day alone).
Half the value as deposit

A deposit is taken from those hiring, of fifty per cent (50%) of the total value hired. When the items are returned safely at the proper time, the deposit is given back.
Late fees come out of the deposit

Where those hiring return items late, the late fee set out above is settled from the deposit.
BMA Constitution Chapter VIII ‘Sum leh Bungraw Chungchang’ tih a 8.2 in a sawi anigin Bungraw hawh duh reng rengin President hnena dilna thehlutin, anin a remtih hnuah an hawh chhuak thei ang.
As Chapter VIII of the BMA Constitution, “Sum leh Bungraw Chungchang”, says at 8.2 — anyone at all wishing to hire equipment puts a request to the President, and may take the items out once permission is given.

To hire something
Requests go to the President, and the items may be taken once permission is given. A deposit of 50% of the hire value is taken and returned when everything comes back safely.
